Description

SNAPON, apply directly to the factory.

SNAPON, apply directly to the factory.

Attach vanilla splitters and mergers directly to factory inputs or outputs. Does not work with Smart Splitters, Programmable Splitters, or any modded splitters. Does work with Modular Load Balancers.
Attach Pipe Junctions directly to buildings with Pipe Inputs or Outputs. You still can't exceed 600m³/min however. Should work with most modded pipe junctions.

Will not work in blueprints.

<!-- Finally, you can attach a splitter directly to a fully overclocked Mk 3 Miner on a pure node and get everything it can push out. -->

You can change the offsets of the snap points in the mod config.

<!-- > _⚠️WARNING⚠️_ Splitters and Mergers were not intended to be directly attached to buildings and doing so could have negative consequences such as random crashes, item duplication, or item loss. Based on my testing there isn't a high probability of this happening, but it is possible.

> However, directly attaching Splitters/Mergers to buildings with multiple outputs is more likely to cause crashes. -->

Indifferent Broccoli provides the server I use to test Dedicated Server mod support, and I highly recommend them. How to Install SnapOn on Your Server

1

Order Satisfactory Server

Order a Satisfactory server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended). For multiplayer: per 3 players.

3

Restart Server

Restart the server so the mod is loaded. Players need to have the mod installed locally as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

SnapOn not working after update – what to do?

After a Satisfactory update, mods need to be updated. Check ficsit.app whether SnapOn has been updated for the new game version. With Mado Hosting: open the mod manager and click "Update All". If the mod hasn't been updated yet, temporarily remove it so the server starts.

SnapOn causing crashes in multiplayer – solution

Most common cause: all players must have exactly the same mod version installed. Check server logs for "ModMismatch" or "Version Conflict". Ensure all players use SnapOn v1.3.0 and the same SML. With Mado Hosting, Satisfactory servers run with 6 GB RAM for stable multiplayer performance.

Is SnapOn compatible with other Satisfactory mods?

SnapOn uses the Satisfactory Mod Loader (SML). Generally, SML-based mods are cross-compatible, but mods modifying the same game systems can cause conflicts. Test new mod combinations on a backup save. The Mado dashboard automatically detects known conflicts and warns you.
