The original version of FIFO containers was never updated to bring it into 1.0, but now there's an alternative!

Made in collaboration with [Andre](https://ficsit.app/user/4sNJQuoJukU6EM), this mod adds normal and Industrial Storage Containers that output on a First In First Out basis, instead of the Last In First Out approach vanilla containers use.

FIFO Containers have their top rails lit up with emissive so you can easily tell them apart from regular containers. (Also changed the other emissive UVs so they match other inputs/outputs; blue light outputs, and no blue line in the input stripes)
