Resource Node Randomizer
Shuffles resource nodes. Uses the same resource for whole group
Description
Much better version of this mod: https://ficsit.app/mod/ResourceRoulette
Note: Multiplayer is not supported (yet).
This mod adds an extra layer of exploration by shuffling the resource nodes on the map using a seed-based system.
It shuffles resource nodes with their original purity, ensuring a more balanced experience compared to complete randomization.
Now, even seasoned players who know the map well will need to explore again to find the resources they need.

##

Frequently Asked Questions
Resource Node Randomizer not working after update β what to do?
After a Satisfactory update, mods need to be updated. Check ficsit.app whether Resource Node Randomizer has been updated for the new game version. With Mado Hosting: open the mod manager and click "Update All". If the mod hasn't been updated yet, temporarily remove it so the server starts.
Resource Node Randomizer causing crashes in multiplayer β solution
Most common cause: all players must have exactly the same mod version installed. Check server logs for "ModMismatch" or "Version Conflict". Ensure all players use Resource Node Randomizer v0.1.3 and the same SML. With Mado Hosting, Satisfactory servers run with 6 GB RAM for stable multiplayer performance.
Is Resource Node Randomizer compatible with other Satisfactory mods?
Resource Node Randomizer uses the Satisfactory Mod Loader (SML). Generally, SML-based mods are cross-compatible, but mods modifying the same game systems can cause conflicts. Test new mod combinations on a backup save. The Mado dashboard automatically detects known conflicts and warns you.
