SimSatisfactory
Another TopDown view mod with a unique touch
Description
WIP: This mod is in an unfinished state but works as a Fly Mode mod with auto-adjusting elevation level which makes it different from other Fly Mode mods and vanilla fly mode.
This mod is meant to turn the game into a city simulator style game in the long run but also provide a flexible camera movement.
Use F6 to toggle between in person and seeing the game from above. Shift-F6 to toggle free fly mode.
Use distance and Build Gun range is increased.
Current bugs
- Make sure you are not sprinting when flying as it will make movement very slow. Can be used to fly slowly though.
- Touching the ground turns the top down view off and it can be difficult to toggle it back on

Frequently Asked Questions
SimSatisfactory not working after update – what to do?
After a Satisfactory update, mods need to be updated. Check ficsit.app whether SimSatisfactory has been updated for the new game version. With Mado Hosting: open the mod manager and click "Update All". If the mod hasn't been updated yet, temporarily remove it so the server starts.
SimSatisfactory causing crashes in multiplayer – solution
Most common cause: all players must have exactly the same mod version installed. Check server logs for "ModMismatch" or "Version Conflict". Ensure all players use SimSatisfactory v1.0.2 and the same SML. With Mado Hosting, Satisfactory servers run with 6 GB RAM for stable multiplayer performance.
Is SimSatisfactory compatible with other Satisfactory mods?
SimSatisfactory uses the Satisfactory Mod Loader (SML). Generally, SML-based mods are cross-compatible, but mods modifying the same game systems can cause conflicts. Test new mod combinations on a backup save. The Mado dashboard automatically detects known conflicts and warns you.
