Goety - The Dark Arts

Long have you been curious of the vile magics of the illagers, specifically the Evokers. What fuels their magic? What do their Totems do besides providing a way to cheat death? How does one perform such feats?

Goety is a magic mod that aims to enhance the Minecraft experience by adding a ton of new features, including mobs, structures and a way to harness the power of the arcane. Summon all kinds of minions, fight off new dangers, discover the secrets of the world, its lore and most importantly, its treasures.

Highly recommend using JEI

If you have Patchouli Installed, you can craft the Black Book, which will provide information on the mod's features.

Wear magical Robes and cast Spells, like summoning magical fangs, with a Wand or a Staff that's equipped with a Focus!

Servants

Summon a variaty of Servants to defend you and attack your foes!

Brewing

Brew all kinds of custom potions like a proper Witch!

Artifices

Use Soul Energy to power certain Artifices!

Getting Started:

1.19 & 1.20

For the first step, craft yourself a Totem of Roots. With this, you must fill it with Soul Energy, by killing mobs. With it filled, you can craft several components needed to advance!

1.16

For the first step, craft yourself a Cursed Infuser. The Cursed Infuser is used to craft several of the mods recipes, so I recommend you use JEI to discover them!

After a few steps, craft yourself a Totem of Souls so that you may store Soul Energy, which is obtained by killing a mob. Certain mobs generate more Soul Energy than others. Soul Energy is used to fuel your magics, whether be performing spells or healing your minions and more!
