Splendid Slimes

Splendid Slimes is a data-driven resource generation mod based off games such as Slime Rancher and Stardew Valley. The premise is simple: feed different types of Splendid Slimes foods they eat, and once they're fully grown they produce Plorts! These strange items can be ripped into resource, or turned into Slime Hearts in a Slime Incubator for more slimes.

This mod requires a version of Placebo not on Modrinth!

Features

Largos & Tarrs

Got two different types of slimes? Feed them a Plort of the other to create a Largo slime! These larger slimes produce both kinds depending on the type. Be careful not to mix in a third kind of Plort however, or your slime will corrupt into a deadly Tarr...

19 Unique Slime Breeds

By default Splendid Slimes comes with 19 different breeds, each with unique diets and behaviors! Some will cause explosions, teleport entities, or cause nearby mobs to levitate.

By default, all of the breeds can be crafted in a Plort Press by either using different resources or combining two different kinds of Slime Hearts.

The Slime Vac

Suck up and shoot out Splendid Slimes using the Slime Vac! Food items can also be shot out from the Slime Vac for remote feedings. Rocket Pods can be crafted for a splendid and explosive movement option.

Data-driven

Not satisfied with the current slime offerings? Want a Diamond Slime that turns day to night when it's hungry? Create your own with any behaviors or resources! Splendid Slimes allows for complete customization of every breed of Slimes.
