Q: Why doesn’t testosterone give you Peppino powers?
A: Originally, the mod only added the Man Power effect and was created as an inside joke. Later, we took it more seriously and developed it as a counterpart to Create: Estrogen by Maya.

Q: Why Pizza Tower?
A: Many people wanted the counterpart to Create: Estrogen’s Celeste gameplay for Create: Testosterone to be Pizza Tower. We just went with it...

Q: You guys didn’t make Create: Estrogen?
A: Funny story: Mifort and I (John) came up with the idea at school and started developing it independently, without telling each other, before ultimately finding out. We got the idea after a friend constantly shot at us with guns while using the estrogen mod, which led us to create the Man Power effect.
