Actually Harvest
An actual working right click harvest without dependencies. XP from harvest feature as well. Should work with most modded farming mods.
About this Mod
A mod that actually works with right click harvest for both Forge and Fabric. There are a ton of options out there. All require an external library and they are flaky! Either they don't work at all, or require manual configuration for all the common farming and foods mods (and there aren't very many).
This mod supports most modded crops and trees, is configurable and will actually work when released.
There are possible conflicts with using other right click harvest features in other mods, please report if so and I can update to resolve the conflicts. It is best to just disable the feature in other mods providing duplicate functionality.
Configuration Options
- Allow harvesting with empty hand. If disabled, requires hoe.
- Ability to add a durability cost to harvesting with hoe.
- Ability to automatically configure other modded crops mods
- Ability to set a range for low tier hoe harvest (gold, wood, stone, iron)
- Ability to set a range for high tier hoe harvest (diamond, netherite)
- Ability to expand range of hoe harvest based on efficiency enchantment level
- Manual configuration of harvestable crops and blocks
- XP from Harvest - chance and amount
Supported Mods
- Pam's HarvestCraft 2
- Croptopia
- Farmer's Delight
- The Veggie Way
- Fruitful Fun
Credits
This mod was a partial re-implementation of the excellent Quark harvest feature. It always works, but Quark always takes a while to update and the other available options either don't work at all, or only partially work.

Actually Harvest server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Actually Harvest compatible with fabric and forge and neoforge?
Actually Harvest officially supports fabric, forge, neoforge for Minecraft 26.2, 26.1.2, 26.1.1. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Actually Harvest – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Actually Harvest consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
