Getting Started
Your server is automatically set up immediately after payment. In less than 60 seconds your server is online and you can start playing.
We support all Minecraft versions from 1.8 to the latest version. Additionally, we offer Paper, Spigot, Forge, Fabric, Bungeecord and Bedrock Edition.
Use the integrated file manager in your server panel or connect via SFTP. Simply upload your files to the plugins or mods folder and restart the server.
Billing & Account
Yes, you can switch to a larger plan at any time. Just contact our support and we will calculate the difference proportionally for the current month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the settings in your dashboard or by email to [email protected]. Cancellation is possible at the end of the month.
First check the console logs for error messages. If you cannot solve the problem yourself, contact our support with a description and the relevant logs.
