Now, the appearance of the bonfires will depend on the wood used to make them, i.e. if you use birch wood blocks to make them, their appearance will be birch themed! And the same will happen with the rest of the wood in the game, and even with birch wood.

Now each of the woods in the game will have its own campfire, characteristic of its color! And of course, of each of the types of fire!
Of course, the recipes have been somewhat modified, and the original campfire can only be made with oak wood, something that we believe now makes more sense, as it is more faithful to its appearance. Also, we are not going to add any other variants, we will only keep variants with wood look, and always being faithful to the campfire style.

How to Install Beautiful Campfires on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Beautiful Campfires". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Beautiful Campfires officially supports fabric, forge, neoforge for Minecraft 1.21.1, 1.21, 1.20.1. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Beautiful Campfires – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Beautiful Campfires consumes the most tick time.
