About this Mod
Just Zoom allows you to zoom by pressing a hotkey (Z or Y by default, depending on your keyboard, and customizable in Minecraft's Controls settings) and adjust the zoom with your mouse wheel!
It feels similar to zooming with the spyglass, but you can zoom in further and don't have the black bars and spyglass overlay blocking your view!

Just Zoom has some great features to improve the zoom experience!
Zoom
Just Zoom lets you zoom by pressing a hotkey and adjust the zoom factor with your mouse wheel.
By default, Just Zoom will also zoom in/out smootly, just like the spyglass, but you can disable that in its options.
Normalized Mouse Sensitivity
Just Zoom normalizes your mouse sensitivity when zooming, so it doesn't feel like the mouse is moving too fast.
Maximum Zoom
Just Zoom can zoom in further than the spyglass.
Configuration
Just Zoom has in-game options, so you can easily configure it by pressing the little spyglass button in the bottom-left side of the Pause Screen!
To customize the zoom hotkey, use Minecraft's Controls settings.

How to Install Just Zoom on Your Client
Install the Mod Loader Locally
Install fabric for your local Minecraft version.
Download the Matching File
Choose the Just Zoom file for fabric and Minecraft 26.2.
Install Mod
Place the .jar file in your local .minecraft/mods folder and restart Minecraft. No server-side installation is required.

Does Just Zoom need to be installed on the Minecraft server?
No. Modrinth marks Just Zoom as unsupported on the server side. Install it only in your local Minecraft mods folder. Your server can remain unchanged unless the mod page lists an additional dependency.
Which version and loader does Just Zoom require?
Use a file for fabric, forge, neoforge and your exact Minecraft version. Supported versions include 26.2, 26.1.2, 26.1.1. Files for different loaders are not interchangeable.
Just Zoom is not working – what should I check?
First check the Minecraft version, loader version and required dependencies. Put the .jar file in your local .minecraft/mods folder and remove older duplicates. Because this mod is client-side, adding server RAM will not fix it.
