Netherite Block Smithing
Instead of being a storage block, makes Netherite blocks just a fancy building block.

About this Mod
Description
Makes netherite blocks crafted by upgrading diamond blocks, like other items. Since just this would lead to duplication (upgrade template + 9 diamonds + 1 netherite ingot -> 9 netherite ingots), it also removes the ingots-from-blocks recipe that used to exist. Netherite blocks are no longer a storage block (and they are a little cheaper for base building).
Versions
Supports Java Edition 1.21.5 - 26.2
Compatibility
Should be compatible with anything that doesn't also change these recipe files.
