About this Mod
Stopky is a Minecraft Mod that gives players the ability to create tracks and make races on them.
It was made to be used together with Immersive Vehicles and packs for it. But that doesn't hinder you from using it for instance for boat, horse or other entity races (but it's important that the player is the one on it, because the mod tracks the player not the entity).
You can find more (like an FAQ or recommended maps to use) on stopky.teammotorcraft.eu.
The documentations with video clips on how to use it are on stopky-docs.teammotorcraft.eu.
Warning
The mod is in alpha because it wasn't planned as a public release in the beginning. It is also currently licensed as All Right Reserved because of it. The rewrite will have a more open license.
AI as a Teacher
The mod was partly made with AI as a Teacher, that means, it was used to teach me how to do certain things in Minecraft (like render a UI, render 3D things in the world or other stuff that would be hard to find on the internet for this old minecraft version).
The mod WAS NOT Vibecoded! Nearly everything was made by hand and with my mind. Some parts were inspired by open source or source available code on the internet (mostly GitHub).

Stopky server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.12.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Stopky compatible with forge?
Stopky officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.12.2. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Stopky – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Stopky consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
