Effect Mechanics
- Clear: Randomly gain 1 positive effect.
- Rain: Randomly gain 1 positive or negative effect.
- Thunderstorm: Randomly gain multiple positive and/or negative effects (quantity random).
- If the same effect is triggered consecutively, its level increases (up to level 255).
- Effects last permanently by default, but can be switched to "Specific Time" mode in Random Mode.

4. Important Notes
- OP permissions: All configuration commands require OP level 2 or higher. Regular players can only receive effects passively.
- Milk bucket: Drinking milk will clear your active effects, but the mod will reapply them immediately.
- Cross‑dimension and reconnection: Effects are automatically reapplied when switching dimensions or re‑entering the server.
- For Extreme difficulty and above, there is a grace period for forced weather — the weather does not change immediately upon switching to that difficulty; it will lock after one interval cycle.
- Effect level stacking stops at level 255; further increases are not applied.
