No Portable Miners Redux

A simple quality of life mod that alters any recipe (including modded content) that has Portable Miners as ingredient. E.g. miners and drones.

Instead the recipes require an additional 2x Iron Plates and 4x Iron Rods, the same resources you would need to craft the portable miner.
