About this Mod

Zombie Virus Mod

Game Mechanics

When attacked by a zombie, you have a 70% chance to receive the Zombie Virus effect.
The infection has four stages:

  1. Stage 1: Zombie Virus
Particle effects appear around your body, accompanied by a hunger effect.

  2. Stage 2: Infected
Your screen turns green and transparent, simulating zombie vision.

  3. Stage 3: Severely Infected
Your screen turns dark green and transparent.

  4. Stage 4: Out of Control
Your body no longer belongs to you (the zombie still wears the player’s equipped items).
You will turn against your allies and fight each other.

Prevention & Protection

  • Wear more armor. At full armor, resistance can reach up to 80%.
Combined with the Zombie Virus Vaccine, resistance increases to 110% (you become completely immune to infection).
  • Avoid being attacked by zombies.
  • Zombie Virus Vaccine: Grants the player 20% virus resistance.
  • Zombie Virus Serum: Completely cures the virus (commands / milk have no effect).
