A Minecraft mod that improves movement feel and sprint inertia.
This mod introduces a sprinting acceleration system: the character gradually picks up speed after starting to sprint, making movement feel more dynamic, cinematic, and enjoyable.
When a player starts sprinting, they don’t accelerate immediately, but rather gradually over a short period of time. This makes movement feel smoother and allows for more precise control over the player’s momentum.
The mod also adds the ability to switch from sprint to walking without releasing the W key.

How to Install Acceleration on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Acceleration". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Acceleration server crashes on startup – what to do?
