About this Mod
This mod adds 4 Tiers of the Accelerator Block, from Tier 1 to Tier 4, each tier increasing in speed and cost.
The Accelerator block speeds up blocks AND crops in a 5x5 cube around it (extends 2 blocks out).
Speed bonuses from Accelerator blocks can stack together.
The speed of accelerator blocks can be configured in config/accelerator.toml
Recipes can be changed using datapacks
NOTE:
If you are a modpack creator, please note that this can be quite overpowered. You can, however change the speed of the blocks in config/accelerator.toml in the .minecraft folder.

How to Install Accelerator on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.4).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Accelerator". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Accelerator server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong forge version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.20.4). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Accelerator compatible with forge?
Accelerator officially supports forge for Minecraft 1.20.4, 1.20.3, 1.20.2. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Accelerator – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Accelerator consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
