Build a portal out of a block and light it with the Any Dimensional Portal Wand! Now compatible with
Immersive Portals!
Also has a couple useful wands to use in creative mode for demonstration purposes.

This mod is the successor to Any Dimension Mod
which was created all the way back in 2015 for Minecraft 1.7.10.

How to Install Any Dimension Mod 2 on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 4 GB RAM (6 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Any Dimension Mod 2". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Any Dimension Mod 2 server crashes on startup – what to do?
