About this Mod
Arrow In The Knee
"I used to be an adventurer like you, then I took an arrow in the knee..."
Now every mob in Minecraft can share that experience!
📖 Description
Bring the iconic Skyrim meme to life in Minecraft!
"Arrow In The Knee" is a simple yet satisfying mod that extends the vanilla arrow-stuck-in-body rendering to all living entities, not just players. In vanilla Minecraft, only players display arrows embedded in their bodies after being shot — with AITK, every cow, zombie, skeleton, and creature in your world will proudly wear their battle scars. Because no adventurer (or mob) should be spared from taking an arrow to the knee.
🌟 Features
- Arrows on all entities: Every living mob now visually displays arrows stuck in their body after being shot, just like players do in vanilla.
- Faithful to vanilla: Uses the same rendering logic as the vanilla arrow system — arrows are placed randomly across the entity's model parts for a natural look.
- Lightweight and non-intrusive: Minimal impact on performance, seamlessly integrated into the existing rendering pipeline.
- No configuration needed: Install and forget — the mod works out of the box with no setup required.

💡 Why Use This Mod?
Have you ever shot a zombie full of arrows only to see... nothing? In vanilla Minecraft, the arrow-stuck-in-body visual is exclusive to players, leaving every other mob looking untouched no matter how many arrows they've taken. AITK fixes this oversight by extending that same visual to every living entity in the game. It's a small detail, but one that makes combat feel much more impactful and satisfying. Plus, it's always funny to see a cow walking around with five arrows sticking out of it.
