Alternate Escape Key

A Simple Fabric Minecraft Mod that lets you change the key that normally works as the Escape/ESC key which is used to
pause the game or the escape/back function in many parts of the game.

You can also add an alternate key so that two different keys function as Escape.

The key that functions as Escape is hardcoded in Vanilla and therefore can only be changed with a Mod.
There are various reasons you might want to change the Esc key mapping.

For Example, Sometimes I like to play left handed and want an Esc key variant on the right side of my
keyboard for quick access.

As a precaution, the mod falls back to default behavior if the user completely unbinds the
Escape key, and then the Escape key will function as normal. Otherwise the user could get stuck in the game
with no easy way to pause or exit the game.
