About this Mod

This mod adds a block you can place midair or in fluids to help build in the sky or in water. You can instantly break it without the need of a tool, and it will go directly back into your inventory after breaking.

The mod is a continuation of Angel Block, which ported the feature from Extra Utilities, if you want versions from 1.14 to 1.16, look at Angel Block. The Code is based on Placement Utilities, if you want things like Temporary Blocks, or you would like to place all Blocks like the Angel Block with extended reach, look there (currently only available for Forge).

How to Install Angel Block Renewed on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Angel Block Renewed". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Angel Block Renewed server crashes on startup – what to do?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Angel Block Renewed consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
