About this Mod

This mod allows players to attack entities within certain plant blocks while holding weapons, rather than destroying plants. Currently, only vanilla melee weapons are supported. Olny client side need it could work.

DO NOT USE ON SERVER!!! if server master and members did not allowed you do that.

Install this mod, join a world. It would work automatically.

Supported Weapons

Can pass through these blocks

tall_grass, short_grass, fern, short_dry_grass, bush, dead_bush, dandelion, weeping_vines, weeping_vines_plant, sugar_cane, twisting_vines, vine, sunflower, lilac, rose_bush, peony, pale_hanging_moss

You can now aim at entities within the tall grass

How to Install AttackThoughGrass on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "AttackThoughGrass". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
