About this Mod
This is a simple mod that adds a keybinding to feed nearby entities.
Go to Options => Controls => Key Binds and locate the Auto Feeder category to set a key bind.
Once set you should be able to simply use the new key bind to feed any nearby entities when holding food.
Config Screen
General Config
- Mod Enabled - Enable or disable the mod
- Feed Babies - Enable or disable feeding babies
- Feed Adults - Enable or disable feeding adults
- Feeding Range - The range in which to feed entities
- The range is in blocks and the area it creates is a cube centered around the player
- Enable Interval - Enable or disable the interval
- If enabled, the mod will only feed entities every x seconds
- If disabled, the mod will feed entities every time the key is pressed/held
- Click Interval - Time between the "sets" of clicks
- Click Cooldown - Time between the click in each "set"
Listing Config
- Listing Mode - Choose between blacklist or whitelist mode
- Blacklist mode will exclude entities from feeding
- Whitelist mode will only include entities from feeding
- Blacklist - List of entities to exclude from feeding
- Whitelist - List of entities to include from feeding

How to Install Auto Feeder on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Auto Feeder". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Auto Feeder server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (26.1.2). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Auto Feeder consumes the most tick time.
