About this Mod
In Vanilla Minecraft, when players change their username, their scoreboard entries do not update. This modification fixes that.
When players first login after a name change, this modification will port all their scores to the new name. If the new name already had scores, they will be overridden.
If you want to have "system users" who never have their scores changed, consider using names on the scoreboard starting with #, for example #config.
