Balanced Minecarts

Hi. This is a modified version of Modern Minecarts by lordkipama https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/modernminecarts.

I made this because:

• It wasn't on modrinth
• I didn't like some of it's features

Here's a list of changes to the original mod. Unless it's specified here, it works exactly as the original:

• Removed copper upgrade template
• Added a recipe for copper rails
• Made a new "Gold rail" that has a recipe identical to vanilla (gold ingots + redstone + stick) that's twice as fast as a vanilla powered rail, and a bit faster than copper.
• Renamed vanilla powered rail to "Botched rail" and changed it's texture, made it uncraftable and added it to loottables in mines and such. It's slightly worse than copper, but it doesn't rust!

Things to do:

• So far I haven't been able to make the whole "put chest on minecart to make minecart with chest" piece of the code work (MY GAME CRASHES somehow) so I'm adding recipes to all those blocks on version 1.3. This is a temporary fix, but I prefer it over it being unstable.
