Server-side mod to allow players to wear banners on their head!

How to wear a banner?

Simple! Just shift-right click on the ground while holding the banner in your main hand.

Won't it remove my helmet by mistake?

Don't worry! The mod won't take effect if your head slot is occupied. That means your precious helmet is safe! To equip the banner you need to empty your head slot before trying to equip the banner.

Can I have my custom-made banner on me?

Yes! Equiping the banner keeps it data. That means you can equip any banner with any design on it.

How to Install Banner Hat on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Banner Hat". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
