About this Mod

📖 About
Beatable Superflat lets you actually defeat the Ender Dragon in the Structureless Superflat Survival challenge. It adds methods to get essential items that you can’t find in this kind of world, like: Lava Buckets, Blaze Rods, and End Portal Frames. If you’re wondering how to grab those, check out the “How to Beat” section down below for the details.
🌍 Versions
Since this pack enables access to both the Nether and the End in a superflat world, there are two versions available:
- Version 1 (v1.x) – Allows access to both the Nether and the End without changing how those dimensions generate. (The End and the Nether stay the same as in a normal vanilla world).
- Version 2 (v2.x) – Works the same as Version 1 (in terms of getting to other dimensions), but generates both the Nether and the End as superflat worlds.

💡 Note: If you aren't playing the Structureless Challenge, Version 2 can still generate structures if you enable them. This means you’ll still be able to find locations like End Cities and Bastions, even though the dimensions are superflat. In this case, all the datapack does is make all dimensions superflat; the custom methods for obtaining End Portal Frames, Lava, or Blaze Rods are simply alternatives to finding them within structures.
🏆 How to Beat the Challenge
To complete Structureless Superflat Survival, you need the three items mentioned earlier. Here is how you can obtain them:
Lava Bucket – First, defeat an Illager Raid to gain the Hero of the Village effect. While the effect is active, find a Toolsmith. As a reward for protecting the village, they may throw you a Lava Bucket as a gift.
Blaze Rod – This works the same way as the Lava Bucket. Once you have Hero of the Village, a Librarian can gift you a Blaze Rod.
End Portal Frame – These can be obtained through Piglin bartering. Each trade has roughly a 1 in 250 chance of giving you an End Portal Frame, so building a gold farm is highly recommended.
