About this Mod
This mod ensures that your chat remains hidden unless you manually open it, and only functions when the mod is toggled.
I found this mod convienent for streaming, as it removes the hassle of having to go into Options > Chat Settings and manually toggle the chat on and off whenever I need it. It's also really convenient for clipping footage for montages, preventing the chat from ruining the clip!

How to Install Better Chat Hide on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Better Chat Hide". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
