Better Elytra Render

This mod aims to improve the look of elytra in three different ways.

The two parts of the elytra are now slightly further apart, making elytra with cape texture look better (especially with the "Jack Black" capes).

Elytra are now closer to your body. Previously, they looked like they were floating behind you.

Floating elytra

When you run, the elytra are raised like capes, preventing your arms from clipping through the texture.

How to Install Better Elytra Render on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.10).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Better Elytra Render". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
