About this Mod

InputBuffer is a Fabric mod for Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.11+ focused on experimental keyboard input handling improvements.

The mod modifies how keyboard inputs are processed in certain gameplay situations in order to provide a more responsive feel during movement and PvP gameplay.

This project is currently in early alpha and may contain bugs, inconsistencies, or behavior changes depending on hardware, operating system, keyboard type, or other installed mods.

The goal of the project is not to change Minecraft mechanics or automate gameplay, but to experiment with alternative input processing behavior.

How to Install Better inputreg on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.11).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Better inputreg". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
