Perfect Disguise

Mimics look exactly like chests — same model, same size, same rotation
Spawn naturally in the world or use spawn eggs
Completely invisible until disturbed

Two Behaviors

Aggressive Mimics 🔴 — Sneak up on players when they're not looking
Passive Mimics 🟢 — Harmless until you try to open them

Dynamic Combat

Leap attacks with smooth animations
Tongue attack with particle effects
Intelligent AI that tracks player line of sight
No fall damage — they're built for jumping!

How to Install Better Mimic on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.6).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Better Mimic". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
