Vastly improve pet teleportation logic so you don't lose them. Supports all pets across all dimensions.
Features:
- Pets are always able to teleport to their owner, even in unloaded chunks.
- Pets are able to follow you across dimensions. (portals are disabled for pets.)
- Automatic support for mods (assuming they inherit the
EntityTameableclass). - Pet teleportation is randomized, meaning loads of pets will usually not cause entity cramming.
Limitations:
- Portals are disabled for pets (in favour of custom teleporting logic).
- Restarting your world/server will cause pets to remain stuck in unloaded chunks until loaded.

How to Install Better Pet Teleporting on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set forge Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the forge loader and matching Minecraft version (1.12.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Better Pet Teleporting". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
