About this Mod
Better Sleep is a datapack designed to enhance the sleeping mechanics in Minecraft, providing a more customizable and immersive experience for multiplayer servers.
Features:
- Sleep Notifications: Players are notified as soon as can sleep, with messages tailored to weather conditions (clear, rainy, or thundering nights).
- No Sleep Status: Players can set a "No Sleep" status to communicate to others they dont want the night to be skipped.
- Visual Time Control: When sleeping the time now visually skips forward, leading to a more immersive experience.
Commands:
- /function better_sleep:config: Acces the configuration menu for adjusting settings and controlling the datapack.
- /trigger better_sleep.no_sleep: Toggle No Sleep status.
- /trigger better_sleep.sleep_notifier: Toggle Sleep Notifier

How to Install Better Sleep on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set datapack Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.8).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Better Sleep". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Better Sleep consumes the most tick time.
