About this Mod

This is a small mod that improves lighting in Beta. Mod is completely client side.
Requires Fabric Legacy and Station API (1.3.1)

Content list:

Color lights (for any light sources including modded);
API for light sources registration;

Compatibility:

Compatible with GLSL (tested);

Realisation Details:

Colored lights uses simple linear interpolations and vertex coloring;
AO uses some smart calculations to prevent too dark areas and light leaks;

How to Install BetterLight on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (b1.7.3).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "BetterLight". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
