Forgiving Campfire Addon

A Better Than Wolves addon that makes the campfire’s overfuel mechanic more forgiving.

Changes

The addon removes the mechanic from BTW CE 3.0 which locks campfires into burning with a large frame for a while after getting overfueled. This allows some room for error, and your cook isn't instantly doomed if you slightly overfuel your campfire. On the other hand, it now takes much less time for food to get burnt on a campfire, so you should still take good care not to overfuel your campfire too much.

Installation

You can install the addon by placing the release jar in the mods folder of a BTW CE 3.0 client or server.

How to Install [BTW Addon] Forgiving Campfire on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set legacy-fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the legacy-fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.6.4).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "[BTW Addon] Forgiving Campfire". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
