About this Mod
This mod uses a modified version of Fabric (Babric) and is designed only for Better than Adventure, a heavily modified version of Minecraft b1.7.3!
The name is a play on Better than Adventure and not a statement of superior quality when compared to the mod WAILA

About
Better than WAILA is a utility mod that displays additional information about what you are looking at.
Has plenty of customization options, and the positions of all elements can be adjusted inside the HUD editor.

How to Install Better than WAILA on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set bta-babric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the bta-babric loader and matching Minecraft version (b1.7.3).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Better than WAILA". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Better than WAILA server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong bta-babric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (b1.7.3). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Better than WAILA compatible with bta-babric?
Better than WAILA officially supports bta-babric for Minecraft b1.7.3. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Better than WAILA – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Better than WAILA consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
