About this Mod

(WIP)

Depends on Fabric API, no other dependencies.

Displays a tracking UI in the top-left corner of your screen. Every block you look at increases the counter. It is saved to the disk as persistent data, server-side.

Look at all the blocks for a secret message.

Some blocks on the list may be unobtainable. The mod currently spams your log with every block on the list at startup. Some obvious ones are missing. Leave a comment with an unobtainable block that I haven't excluded from the list, and I'll get around to removing it eventually.

(Or adding a config file, but that takes a small bit of effort so don't expect it soon.)

Go forth and do “look at all the blocks” speedruns!

Frequently Asked Questions

Bucket List server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.17). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Bucket List compatible with fabric?

Bucket List officially supports fabric for Minecraft 1.17, 1.16.5, 1.16.1. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with Bucket List – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Bucket List consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
