Burst
A smart vein mining cross-platform mod, for modern minecraft.
About this Mod
Burst - Because Life's Too Short to Mine One Block at a Time
Tired of spending your entire weekend clicking away at a massive ore vein like some kind of medieval peasant?
Fed up with carpal tunnel syndrome from mining out entire mountains one block at a time?
Well, say goodbye to your clicking finger cramps and hello to Burst!
What Does It Do?
Burst is the mod for players who believe that efficiency is next to godliness (and that godliness involves a lot less clicking).
Simply hold down the backtick key (`) and watch as your mining dreams come true faster than you can say "diamonds are forever."
Mining Modes (Because We're Fancy Like That)
- Same Block Mode: Found a vein of coal? Clear the whole thing! It's like dominoes, but with rocks.
- Ores Only Mode: For the refined miner who only wants the good stuff. We don't discriminate against any ore - even copper deserves love.
- Tool Effective Mode: Your pickaxe knows what it wants, and it wants it NOW.
- Tunnel Mode: Need a 3x3 tunnel? We've got you covered. Perfect for when you want to pretend you're building a subway system.
- Staircase Mode: Because sometimes you need to go down in style. Who needs ladders when you can mine your way to bedrock with class?
How to Use
Hold backtick (`) to activate - your blocks will light up in a lovely shade of "about to be obliterated"
Want to change modes? Hold Shift + backtick like you're performing some ancient mining ritual
Start breaking blocks and watch the magic happen
Try not to accidentally mine your entire base (we're not responsible for architectural disasters)
Warning
Side effects may include: sudden urges to mine everything in sight, neighbors complaining about the sound of rapid block breaking at 3 AM, and an inexplicable feeling of power when you clear an entire cave system in seconds.
Burst: Making strip mining socially acceptable since today!
