About this Mod
Welcome to an upgrade of the Stonecutter!
The Carver adds many additional recipes to one singular block, the Stonecutter! You can now carve Ladders from Planks, Amethyst Shards from Amethyst Blocks, Raw Gold from Gold Ore, and so on.
The same block?!
The Carver block, despite it's new name, is actually still the stonecutter you all know! No need to craft a new workbench, just whip up a Carver from the stonecutting recipe, and embrace the familiar UI while you craft that cobblestone from... stone bricks?
Vanilla-Friendly
The Carver mod aims to reduce grinding by allowing more blocks to be crafted efficiently in the upgraded Stonecutter! While the Carver adds new recipes to the Stonecutter (now called the Carver. Ooooh!), it still preserves the feel of minecraft by not adding any new job blocks.

How to Install Carver on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set datapack Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Carver". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Carver server crashes on startup – what to do?
Most common cause: wrong datapack version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
Is Carver compatible with datapack and fabric?
Carver officially supports datapack, fabric for Minecraft 1.21.1, 1.21. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.
Server lagging with Carver – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Carver consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge.
