Cobblemon plugin that adds a configuarable level cap for catching Pokemon.
About this Mod
A simple plugin to prevent players from catching Pokemon too far above their current level. Any catch attempt on a Pokemon that is X levels above the player's current highest level Pokemon in their party will not succeed.
Features:
- Two separate level caps for in-battle and out of battle capturing
- Gamerules for configuration: levelCap, externalLevelCap, showLevelCapMessages
- Level cap is ignored if player is in creative, is using a masterball, or the target Pokemon is shiny!

How to Install Cobblemon Catch Level Cap on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.20.1).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Cobblemon Catch Level Cap". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
