Changes your ordinary Minecraft levers into T-Flip-Flops. Inspired by SCM

About this Mod
This is a small mod that adds another type of a lever - Cell Lever.
Instead of outputting a redstone signal from each side of the lever block it only outputs signal from the short sides.
On the long sides, it accepts redstone input - and it gets toggled when it receives such a signal.
This is inspired by the SCM mod made by amadornes, where tiny levers on circuits have this behavior.
If you are more into destructive modding, there is also a serverside option (in the config folder of the save) to make it so that this lever replaces the vanilla one, meaning vanilla lever item will place the cell lever, cell lever will drop the vanilla item, and there will be no crafting recipe.
