Chain Suspension requires the Fabric modloader.
Installation
- Download Chain Suspension from CurseForge or GitHub.
- Place the downloaded file in your
modsfolder.
Usage
When this mod is installed, gravity-affected blocks such as sand, gravel, concrete powder, anvils, and dragon eggs will not fall when placed under a vertical chain.
Any block in the #chainsuspension:unsuspendable_blocks tag will fall even if it is below a vertical chain.
Any block in the #chainsuspension:suspension_blocks tag will prevent gravity-affected blocks from falling. Regardless of their presence in this tag, vertical chains will prevent gravity-affected blocks from falling.

How to Install Chain Suspension on Your Server
Order Server
Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).
Set fabric Loader
In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.18.2).
Install Mod
Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Chain Suspension". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Chain Suspension server crashes on startup – what to do?
