About this Mod

Changes the recipe for lanterns, soul lanterns and copper lanterns to use a chain instead of 8 nuggets. Instead of one lantern you also get 2.

This means that one lantern now costs 5.5 nuggets instead of 8, because chains cost 11 nuggets to craft.

How to Install Cheaper Lantern Recipe on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set datapack Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the datapack loader and matching Minecraft version (26.1.2).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Cheaper Lantern Recipe". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
