About this Mod

Clean Entry List is the smallest mod I've made for one simple purpose that is to remove the ugly bezels that plague the Resource Pack menu.

Why though?
I needed this mod a long time ago when I knew little to nothing about making mods and when I asked around nobody had any idea or just didn't care enough. Now that I know a bit of modding I got reminded of this, thought I'd take a look and well it was just 2 lines of code. Hope it helps others looking for this.

This is a client side mod and will do nothing on a server.
The mod is compatible with FancyMenu which was my primary use case when I needed it.

Below are comparisons of what the mod does.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clean Entry List server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.19). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.

Is Clean Entry List compatible with fabric and forge and quilt?

Clean Entry List officially supports fabric, forge, quilt for Minecraft 1.19, 1.18.2. Note: Forge and Fabric mods are NOT cross-compatible – pick one loader and stick with it. The Mado dashboard automatically detects incompatible loader combinations.

Server lagging with Clean Entry List – how to optimize performance?

Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Clean Entry List consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
