About this Mod

Expands the 16 vanilla concrete colours to any hex code.

Added an usage for Shepherd Villager Profession.

Also works with /setblock , /fill , /clone commands.
example command: /setblock ~ ~-1 ~ color-concretes:colour_concrete{HexColor:"123456"}

Multiplayer functionality is available.

How to use:
Colour Concrete: Edit the name of the colour concrete to a 6-digit hex code, the colour of the concrete will be updated correspond to the hex code.
(any name longer than 6 digit would change the concrete colour to pure black by default)

-For 1.4.0 or above, directly change the hex code in colour palette screen.

-(Version 1.3.0 only) Creative mode player can (somehow) open anvil screen when shift-right-clicking concrete with bare hand.

Colour Palette: Allows previewing/editing hex code, crafts colour concrete.

-1.3.0: Added more varients (wool/carpet/concrete slab/concrete stairs/terracotta/glass pane)

-1.4.0: Made colour palette directly change the hex code of concrete instead of using anvil.

-1.4.1: Added creative keybind to open palette screen

How to Install Colour Blocks on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21.1).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Colour Blocks". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.

Colour Blocks server crashes on startup – what to do?

Most common cause: wrong fabric version or insufficient RAM. Check the server log (latest.log) for "OutOfMemoryError" or "Mixin" errors. With Mado Hosting: ensure at least 3 GB RAM is allocated and the loader matches the mod version (1.21.1). You can switch loaders with one click in the panel.
