About this Mod
One colourway for all tooltips is kinda lame.
Especially for modpacks meant for cool features!
Insert Coloured Categories. A way for modpack makers to apply their pack colourway to their tooltips!
This mod depends on nothing for default functionality! Just a config file :)
However it does have support for KubeJS and CraftTweaker!
Credits: Just link to this project page and send me a message, its motivating to know people are actually using the mod :)
Every launch, new colours.
By default, it randomly colours all parts of the tooltip for all items.
It computes on the fly, and caches it.

Server lagging with Coloured Categories – how to optimize performance?
Recommended RAM: 4 GB (per 8 players). Use /spark profiler to check if Coloured Categories consumes the most tick time. Common fixes: reduce server view-distance to 8-10, install "performant" or "starlight" as supplementary mods on Forge. With Mado Hosting, your server runs on NVMe SSDs with dedicated CPU cores for minimal latency.
