MOD REQUIRES TRANSMOG

Terribly adds in the Conscientious Objector item from Team Fortress 2 with a not so good model
thats cosmetic and only supports an image thats client sided.

I reccomend winrar to open the mod files to replace the image.png file with something you want (needs to be square to prevent stretching), Since MCreator is restrictive the image replaces for everyone
