About this Mod

About the Mod

This is a lightweight, standalone mod for both Forge and Fabric, designed to give players a fully automatable and logical way to produce Nether Quartz using the Create mod. It introduces a unique 2-step production line via Calcite, completely removing the need to mine in the Nether!

Please check the Files tab to download the correct version (Forge or Fabric) for your modpack.

The Recipes & How It Works This mod adds two new Mechanical Mixer recipes to create a complete production chain. No heating is required for either step!

Step 1: Calcite Production Mix 1x Cobblestone, 1x Bone Meal, and Water in a Basin to create Calcite.

Recipe 1

Step 2: Nether Quartz Production Mix 1x Calcite (from Step 1), 1x Sand, and Lava in a Basin. This process yields 2x Nether Quartz!

Recipe 2

Fully Automatable Ecosystem & Bone Meal Tip You might be wondering: "How do I automate Bone Meal for the first step?" It is incredibly easy in Create! Simply build a standard mechanical farm (for wheat, trees, etc.) and route all the excess seeds, saplings, or crops directly into a vanilla Composter using belts or chutes. Pull the Bone Meal out from the bottom, and you have an infinite supply for your Calcite mixer!
