Features

This mod prevents the rendering of particles which the player cannot see. This can improve performance when in scenarios where there are many particles near the player such as modern servers.

History

This is an updated and altered version of an old and abandoned mod which can be found here. This version will receive regular updates for new Minecraft versions and has been improved for compatibility.

How to Install Cull Particles on Your Server

Order Server

Order a Minecraft Java server with at least 3 GB RAM (4 GB recommended).

Set fabric Loader

In the panel under "Egg", select the fabric loader and matching Minecraft version (1.21).

Install Mod

Open the mod browser in the dashboard and search for "Cull Particles". Click "Install" – done! Alternatively, upload the .jar via SFTP to the /mods folder.
